Open plan, light and airy studio living with triple panoramic windows and french doors opening onto a south facing private garden terrace. Undercover terraced area with outside rattan furniture, coffee table, comfy sofa and chairs and sun loungers to really make the most of direct access out onto an acre of beautiful gardens and the sunshine! Venezia has a fully equipped kitchen housing an oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. Apartment has a double bed, an internal dressing room with single bed and separate shower room with WC. Venezia proves popular with those less able, a ramp is available for easier assess on and off the outside terrace, or into the apartment.
